Two years ago in the invite-era, a member of this community busted their ass inviting countless people while gassing the community up.
Bluesky then proceeded to throw them under the bus the moment they were vocal about a serious platform issue.
Can’t help but see parallels here.

Nope. Money and power are important in this discussion. Four random people without funding or power making Attie is just another option in the ecosystem that will need to find its funding mechanisms. Bluesky has funding and power, them doing Attie makes competition way harder.
