there's actually one guy named "claude" a hyper competent frenchman given a special cocktail of amphetamines that they keep chained up in a basement in San Francisco. the usage limits are because sometimes he dies and it's necessary to decant a new clone and give him more amphetamines.
My career has taught me many users are convinced they know what they need, have a clear expectation, and are rarely right.
The best feedback can be gathered by finding those who have no idea what they want but are full of questions to explore then simply throwing something at them.
