The ease with which I got Streamplace integrated with userinput.app is such a selling point for atproto too. Half the time companies wouldn't even try to properly integrate and you'd have one account for the service and ANOTHER account entirely for the support/feedback portal. So much better!

tl;dr for how post editing works atm
1. the post’s record is deleted and immediately recreated at the same path (often using applyWrites), so no replies or backlinks break
2. eurosky adds the original post as “hidden” data to the underlying record + updatedAt timestamp
3. vanity metrics get reset
