Game workers do not receive any residuals/royalties on shipped titles and shipping bonuses are increasingly rare. There's also no guarantee that your name will even be in the credits if you leave before ship, and studios will use this to keep you compliant.
All of this can and should change.

Want to remind people that companies are going to show the "sale prices" as giant cuts in the rush. RAM and other tech are still going to be priced way higher than they should be for weeks/ months. Don't let the 50% off tags fool you into impuse purchases when the prices "should" continue to drop.
