Yeah like I don't know if this is something Valve kept on doing or not but it rules as an approach imo... More or less bank placeholder hallway full of notes, where as chunks of real game come in you transition into those and back into the hallway. Gives coherency early on when you need it
Oh btw those trees are Non Nanite, Non Lumen, FXAA. Cause we just hate bad perfs and temporal accumulation in this house.
