This is a question that everyone knew would make it to the Supreme Court since Jennings v. Rodriguez in 2018, which overturned a decision finding that the government must provide a bond hearing after 6 months of detention prior to a removal order.
There are a lot of fears about a decision here.
How would we feel if a European head of state came here and told us to be more European and less American?
