The first day of dev production on my new game. Adapted from my illustrated industrial folk horror novel “Coal Face - The devil in the smoke.”
The art style is in keeping with the book and the era of the setting. Lots of original gameplay surprises to come!
The journey begins. More news to come!

Here's the coloured point cloud in RayStudio where you can still see the misalignment of the colour data. Would love to know why this is happening. Also shown is part of the image taken by one of the Raven's cameras for comparison.
Getting poor results with this so far. Below screenshot from RealityScan shows meshed and textured import of lidar from the Raven. The lidar is quite low quality/resolution and the imported cameras are baked from the lidar showing "ghosting" errors like this April Tag.
This is significant because I can't get extra DSLR photos to align in RealityScan to the lidar automatically (I assume because of the low quality/resolution of the lidar) so I'm trying April Tags for manual alignment but lidar isn't good enough to even see the tags cleanly.

Correction/typo: it's at Marks Gate. (North East London).
Have bought a new 3DMAKERPRO Raven handheld lidar scanner. Insta360 attachment for improving gaussian splatting. Will attempt to combine with usual photogrammetry photos to see if it helps with plainer interior locations.
Also available as a Gaussian Splat:
