...squats don't work, and I hate hip thrusts too, meaning I don't have many options left! But I'm gonna try adding deadlifts to my shit to do tomorrow and see how that goes. That'll bring my routine to a nice round 4, with squats, bench & rows superset, and deadlifts. Seems pretty sensible 👌

The major difference in this hazel bebx gym era compared to last ones is that all of these exercises are *extremely fun*. Isolation exercises are boring as fuck, it seems. But I can always make time for squats bench rows 'n' deadlift. I never find myself making excuses. It feels like cheating.
I am talking about voluntary assisted dying. Take this seriously, Hazel Bebx. Do not call nurses killing patients "hustlegrinders". Goodness.
Squats have been blowing up my quads, but it seems good form for me results in squats being an exercise that doesn't really hit my *glutes* that much at all. And admittedly, around 3/4 of my goals with doing squats were around getting a bigger butt. So:...
