...squats don't work, and I hate hip thrusts too, meaning I don't have many options left! But I'm gonna try adding deadlifts to my shit to do tomorrow and see how that goes. That'll bring my routine to a nice round 4, with squats, bench & rows superset, and deadlifts. Seems pretty sensible 👌
