Unserious, particularly amid a fuel crisis. We need:

- Generous support for projects that comply (80/20)
- Steady and increased planning funding to develop proposals under these criteria
I have to admit, I'm shocked this passed the legislature after last year.
It is the equivalent of requiring elevator operators. It's a policy that exists nowhere else in the world.
Relying basically only on commute data for planning for a century was an enormous mistake.
I'm going to state clearly on this, but this is entirely incorrect conspiracist horseshit.
If I was not having a shit night, I'd go into actually responding to this in detail over the misleading nature of it, but its just all horseshit.
