Out of curiosity do you have any recommended reading for this sort of policy framework? Either in the future or a history. I feel like I haven't seen many good books/long form articles that sufficiently explain the current space industry.

I have to admit, I'm shocked this passed the legislature after last year. It is the equivalent of requiring elevator operators. It's a policy that exists nowhere else in the world.
Relying basically only on commute data for planning for a century was an enormous mistake.
