#ATmosphereConf 2026 is over! It was an absolute blast and I loved volunteering for it and talking to everyone there about all sorts of topics!! Iāll probably make a new post later with more photos and my thoughts and feelings on the conference once Iām back to full energy :P
Although urbanism is just a side hobby of mine, I'm super excited for all the stuff we're building on the AT protocol - and how it could help communities organize in favour of refreshed, human-centred cities that put community over concrete
goal for next year: a lot more shout-outs of a lot more other small indie infra operators from the stages
idk if people know this but actually if u ask "what i am building on atproto" it is the fungi friends feed
my magnum opus, a feed i have quietly maintained and enjoyed as a respite from the swirling chaos of the world along with my fellow mycology enthusiasts
what's this? an atex release during #ATmosphereConf?? you better believe it!
atex 0.8.0 brings a lot to the table, including:
