Build for the 12 people on a google group, who take care of a neighborhood park daily and are also the 141st chapter of a 3-year-old citywide organizing and resource sharing network.
Build for the 19,000 members of a FB group for a rare disease, sharing private health records and comparing notes and experiences.
Build for a group of 300 amateur athletes, each cohort added via an intense annual team camp and subcultures of their own, coordinating events, training advice, and general banter.
There are so, so many terrible user feedback and contact exchange apps out there that noone wants to use. It's "just" a matter of getting the details right, and these 2 examples nail it.
