Bell St bike lane ribbon was officially cut moments ago, and it is already getting good use
I'm dropping in on this meeting. I'll let you know if anything interesting comes up.
Like to hell with the median, use that space to widen the sidewalks and plant stuff between the sidewalk and the traffic. People might hate walking next to two lanes of traffic somewhat less if there were 4' wide planters between their delicate meat sacks and the two-ton death machines

David Follis is getting very angry about bike lanes. Says traffic signals stop commerce and business. Prefers rapid flashing beacons because cars can blow though them as necessary.
