It would appear that the Dallas Stars are moving to a parking garage. I guess that huge arena subsidy the City of Dallas gave to the Mavericks and Stars 20 years ago to build the arena they just left didn’t work out. Never give these people a cent.

The point of American zoning is to put the most people in the worst places for residential, so they don't inconvenience the people rich enough to live in the best places for residential.
