My 87 year old aunt died after a month in ICU, due to a car accident that I think was a hit-and-run. I am literally down to one aunt on my mother's side, out of 7 maternal siblings.
This is one of the little-understood reasons Silicon Valley was able to innovate so quickly. Interested to see whether WA, like CA, declares the whole contract invalid and unseverable if a noncompete is included.
I always enjoyed Behind the Music and those types of shows. I heard one recently that mentioned that Layne Staley was able to live in Seattle, become an enthusiastic drug user, and hone his craft while working extremely part time because he basically squatted in a shitty rehearsal studio.
