The ongoing issues with 311 are a perfect encapsulation of Mayor Bowser’s administration: no urgency to fix what’s broken, no accountability for agency leadership, poor communication with the public, and disinterest in improving the status quo.
Government can and should work better than this.
Throwback to when DC unveiled their Vision Zero license plate in 2022. This was my 5 minute attempt back then (I am not a graphic designer)
- Replaced Lycra rider w/ a typical cyclist
- No more bloody red
- Replaced “Share the Road” sign which is no longer used
