What a fortuitous re-release of the prehistoric/mythic novelette that turned out to be about climate change as I work on the prehistoric/mythic novel that has turned out to be even more about climate change.

I cannot emphasize this enough: This is shareholder-first, consumer-last horse shit. AGAIN. It's just saying everything in fucking sight is "going on the blockchain." AGAIN. Meaningless drivel to manipulate stock prices.

On that date, July 24, 2025, they said they would talk to their editors during normal business hours and get back to me. I have not heard from them since then, in almost 10+ months. They know how to reach me if they would like to continue the conversation...
Several people have asked me recently why Analog/Asimov's/F&SF/Ellery Queen/Alfred Hitchcock still don't have Submission Grinder listings again, because the communications from SFWA on the subject have been so positive. So I thought it might be worth addressing this briefly.

Since it's Pride month, I wanted to bring this up again. I'm a trans person trying to get the money to cover moving fees so I can get out of Florida and to a safer city. I've got some already, but any more help at all will be appreciated. www.gofundme.com/f/help-vale-...

@adapalmer.bsky.social I just realized that the why fill I buy for my journal, branded 'Fiorentina', product of Italy, has a fleur-de-lis on every page, and I'm gonna be thinking about that all day.

Google is leaning HARD into AI search now. If you don't want a chatbot to weigh in first when you search for simple facts like the latest Hugo award nominees, or the date of the next full moon, or whether Abraham Lincoln was a werewolf... There are alternatives, and it's easy to switch. (Thread!)
