Oh, while I’m talking about how tough things are while I’m in post-extertional fatigue recovery; no, I don’t want to die so I don’t experience this, thanks. It sucks, but, strangely enough, I value my disabled life. Even when bits of it are shite. What would genuinely help me?

Much of modern crankery is fueled by a fetishization of a "natural" that is every bit an artificially constructed cultural product as the so-called modernity they abhor and scapegoat for today's ills. They are in denial that their hallucinations represent no known reality, living in phantasms.
