If you're wondering "how did this happen?" I'm in the process of implementing Screenshake, and that meant hijacking the GUI draw of everything and running it through an offset shader. That required rendering it all at size and upscaling at the end, but I had other shaders already doing that. Voila.

I didn't technically need to do this for the bots, but I wanted to rotate them via animations and previously that meant it used the full screen resolution and drew the pixels diagonally. That shader just snapped them to closest regardless of angle. Might be I don't need to now though.
