This is my biggest frustration with modern who. Effects are not everything. The @bigfinish.bsky.social Doctor Who story I listened to recently was all set in a intergalactic car park. Surely a tv version could be finish in a cardiff car park very cheaply!

Jumping into the #doctorwho discourse so this guy for the new Doctor. The clubhouse is the TARDIS (bigger on inside than outside), rotating group of companions (these aren't the first squirrels) and impossible to accurately age him.
