The day after forgetting to take my meds always sucks. The nihilism doubles up with the darker thoughts and everything just looks dark, hopeless, and pointless.

Today I edited my short story & sent it to my spouse for him to look over and give feedback. After that, I'm submitting it to the anthology.
Tomorrow, I really want to make it a goal to write more for Darius & Morgan 2. I feel like I stalled a bit, & I want to get back to it.

Self pub was pretty much always the way I was going. I write queer characters, I write outside heteronormative bullshit, I write cozy fantasy, and I have disabled rep. When I first started, no tradpub would have taken me. Now things are a bit more open, but my writing still isn't "profitable."
..with "all due respect," gave me the "well, actually" treatment 🙄
Apparently, I can't vent about my teen dabbling in an unhealthy habit because...*checks notes* it's not AS unhealthy as smoking cigarettes, and so many adults find it helpful.
