as the rain dies down (at the 45 minute mark) you can hear the spring frogs come out.

Actually it looks great if I yeet refraction from the shader completely. Honestly im more after that frosted look than realistic refraction.
The refraction breaks my post processing outline shader but Substrate is absolutely cool. Look at that roughness on that transparency <3
Fell into a rabbit hole with Substrate in unreal because I wanted decent frosted glass on 1 asset
Me working on a portfolio piece that is also part of my game: it’s doesn’t have to be done it just has to be perfect
I like to check what im doing in black and white from time to time to get a good gauge on luminance because colours can really mess with your perception quite often. I think I might need some contrast enhancement. But also wanna be mindful of pixel fucking stuff too much
sometimes you need to design a whole-ass vehicle just so you can break it back down again. i really liked encountering wrecks of the past like this in HZD, and the team put a lot of effort into the worldbuilding/implied elements in Breaker
Orbitals looks so so good. I want to make art like that. Can’t wait to play it.
This is where I do all my posting from
New door way for this place. The old one was something I did in an hour and was bugging me every time I saw it.
