After my botched attempt to race 5k a few weeks ago, I tried a threshold 5k instead … and ended up with a PB (32:20)! 🎉
Seems like my running by feel method works for me.
I’m not sure if racing is good for me, but threshold is fine, so perhaps my new goal will be a sub-30 threshold 5k. 🤔

I might get into trouble for it later, but I ran a 10k fartlek with 180 m (590 ft) total climb today (my second 10k ever). I had lots of fun.
First run with soft flasks in the running vest. Lots of mud, many fallen tree obstacles, some very steep places, few people, no dog incident. 🎉

I discussed some pros and cons of some technical decisions with my manager today. He said we should reach a decision but I felt like he was undecided, so I offered that I could make that decision.
I’m just as undecided, but I guess I have to make up my mind now that it’s my responsibility. 😂
