I might get into trouble for it later, but I ran a 10k fartlek with 180 m (590 ft) total climb today (my second 10k ever). I had lots of fun.
First run with soft flasks in the running vest. Lots of mud, many fallen tree obstacles, some very steep places, few people, no dog incident. 🎉
