I’m in the middle of my course of these. In New York, CVS will do them for you. I forget how much I’m paying or if insurance is helping, but it’s all much easier and cheaper than when I was trying to do this in CA a couple years ago so worth revisiting even if you’ve previously bounced off

I keep this story to remind myself not to reject possibilities outside my comfort zone. I wouldn't have taken my own advice at the time, but it would have changed the trajectory of my life. The worst the world can do is kill you, though, and that's coming for all of us at some point anyway, right?
