Think of motor learning (learning to move) like parking a car. I could explain every tiny steering angle, but the parking space teaches you better. Using objects and obstacles does the same thing for your body. A million words could not do the job of a few well-placed conditions.
Adult learners of martial arts often lack the hip mobility to kick. This activity is meant to develop that kick capacity.
We have our practitioners do a special meditation to increase fighting spirit 💪👊✊️ reduce anxiety and panic improve cardio improve composure
