This really reflects a failure of storytelling/narrating (which I would distinguish from 'comms') combined with the government's inability (and PM in particular) to articulate who it is *for*, what values it stands for and to make the argument for what it is doing (and standing up to opponents).

The most disgusting behaviour I’ve ever witnessed in public spaces was directed at Sadiq Khan by ‘anti-Ulez’ protesters, who of course received way more coverage, much of it friendly, than the scheme’s incredible success ever will.

Well I think Taskmaster Series 21 was the best yet.
The DUP councillor who spread a false story about a man with a machete in a park near Ulster Hospital on Wednesday has just shared this. She's posting this like it's an alls-well-that-ends-well kind of story when it's actually that she's not bothered racist thugs drove a family out of Ballybeen.
