Just out is a little cautionary tale by @emmabelcher96.bsky.social Turns out StrepTactin pulls down biotinylated proteins from mammalian cells and anti-FLAG antibody likes its own specific contaminants. Both of which can end up dominating your precious cryo-EM images. You've been warned!
