A paper I just read: Yes, cattle is a key driver of climate change. But grassland has aesthetic, recreational, cultural & historical value, and cattle prevents it from returning into wilderness & forests. So on balance, cattle is not that bad. (All a question of priorities, I guess.)
Plant-based #diets have been linked to favorable metabolic & immune regulation, suggesting a potential role in #sepsis prevention. In a 16-year follow-up study of over 180k patients, greater adherence to a healthy #plantbased diet was linked to a lower risk of sepsis: doi.org/10.1097/CCM.... #health
