Beautiful 17-mile run along the River Avon today, following it all the way to the sea, with pals Ed and Didac for company. South Devon in all its splendour.
I posted this video on Instagram yesterday and it now has over 5,000 likes and counting. Here it has two. So interesting. Something to do with the algorithms, I guess.

Went for a midday run on Tuesday and then straight to the beach, where I didn't wear a hat or bring any water. I'm usually fine with the heat - I actually love it - but I overestimated my powers and the next day came down with heatstroke. Lesson learned. Hopefully. Stay hydrated, people.
