i am a jets fan. it’s a hard life. it’s taught me a lot in the past couple (few?) decades about how to be disappointed by an organization that doesn’t care about people as much as it should. one of my side-quest goals is to be an orgdev consultant for the new york jets to help repair their badness.
to be clear i have no insider knowledge i'm just a fan of both these people and in the immortal words of the new york football jets' finest bart scott, i can't wait
i noticed the other day that nilay patel followed rudy and when it probably somewhat inevitably happens it will definitely be the best decoder episode of all time

what’s refreshing about #atmosphereconf is how interdisciplinary the subjects and speakers are - it’s not all code but instead showcasing the roles of scientists, journalists and creators. the community is multi-faceted and have a shared interest in combatting misinformation and abuse.
I hope for all of the attendees of #atmosphereconf who are building social and technical protocols that they one day have the transcendent experience that I'm having at @kandake.africa's talk.
