Is there a reason Trump's ghouls decided 19 would be the cutoff and not 18?
Like, yes, obviously either is egregious and it's terrible Mamdani is so weak on this issue, but I'm more curious if like, there's some buried legal reason why 18 year old adults would be excluded from coverage for a year?
