Thatβs one reason I support a three-year moratorium on new data center development. Before we approve projects that could dramatically increase energy demand, we need answers about the impact on utility rates, infrastructure, and the people who will ultimately pay the price.

But standards without enforcement are just words on paper. We need real protections that put communities first, not frameworks that give corporations wiggle room.
We'll keep pushing until NEPA and every Pennsylvania community gets the protection it deserves.
