Interesting how many seem to include names for grandparents. Did people at one point think their grandparents were reincarnated as these bugs? Inquiring minds want to know. (And I couldn't begin to pronounce the two Welsh names.)
"Crunchy bats" makes me think whoever coined that never saw a bat.
