Independent candidates running for Delegate/Mayor/Council Chair/At-Large CM/AG/Shadow Sen./Rep. have until Aug. 5 to submit 3,000 valid signatures from DC voters; Indy candidates for ward-level CM seats have to submit 500 valid sigs; SBOE ward-level candidates 200 valid sigs:
