There was a very brief mention of testing the Axiom suits, one during Artemis 3 and more on the ISS
“It’s gone straight into the confectionary stall and out again”
Despite some of the issues with the mission. You cannot argue with the fact that Luca is an absolute bloody legend!

It is a sign of how little good faith current US gvnt has worldwide, that there is a mixture of shoulder shrugging and 'side eyed glancing' about this mission in a way that I don't think I have ever seen before in my decades of NASA-watching. It is inevitable but also a little sad. #ArtemisIII
Also, this mission is some way short of 'last stop before the Moon'. Testing the spacesuits is an important element of any lunar landing, but unless I missed it, there is no mention of that. Similarly, there does not appear to be an independent piloting of the Lander with crew in LEO. #ArtemisIII
So, #ArtemisIII the announcement of Luca Parmitano is a good thing. The fact that all four Astronauts are male, not so good.
