For those looking at their NEH grant reinstatement, highly recommend looking at the Award Reinstatement Instructions, which are much more specific about what is/isn't a change of scope, what budget changes need approval (nothing w/in 25% of total award), & what staffing needs approval.
This Framework should particularly useful to folks who may be considering using AI in their research and scholarship, and for those who encounter it in their work.
