For those looking at their NEH grant reinstatement, highly recommend looking at the Award Reinstatement Instructions, which are much more specific about what is/isn't a change of scope, what budget changes need approval (nothing w/in 25% of total award), & what staffing needs approval.

I'm actually finding these Award Reinstatement Instructions more useful than the Restarting doc. The Instructions are more specific about what they are actually asking for & what actually constitutes a change (& what doesn't!). Read carefully before starting.
