Albania is one of the fastest counties to transition to BEV out of the ~50 that I have looked at. On part with the likes of Uruguay, Colombia, Singapore and Denmark (Private)
After they had an unstable trajectory (which is normal in the early transition state), Malaysia now seems to fluctuate around the 5 year level.
