Well that was my first election night in Nevada! I hope we can make reporting election results easier this fall as compared to this disaster of a night.
A single one way ride on the strip will be a whopping $5. That's insane. You might as well pay the cost of an uber at that point.
The monorail is $6 for a one way ride, too.

Maybe the wrong time to advocate for this but machine-readable election results should be available for everyone not just for the media 👎

Results were posted by the Nevada SoS three hours before polls closed, not clear if anyone published these publicly prior to 7PM. Looks like the AP posted these results to their website at exactly 7PM.
I should add this only looks to be about 1/10th the election day totals that are reporting, it is possible we are looking at a biased sample of precincts reporting.
Flippo got 61% of the vote on election day in Washoe. I don't see a late election day rally for Settlemeyer being in the cards.
Flippo has 897 vote lead after most counties have reported early/mail results. Settlemeyer doing better than Flippo outside of Washoe (+8%).
Currently, Washoe accounts for 51% of votes counted. Election day looms large and a few small rural counties have not reported anything yet.
