Results were posted by the Nevada SoS three hours before polls closed, not clear if anyone published these publicly prior to 7PM. Looks like the AP posted these results to their website at exactly 7PM.

The secretary of state’s office erroneously sent election result data to a Nevada Independent server before polls closed.
It includes results from about 66,000 votes cast. It’s illegal for results to be publicized before voting ends. See the latest:
