Flippo got 61% of the vote on election day in Washoe. I don't see a late election day rally for Settlemeyer being in the cards.

Flippo has 897 vote lead after most counties have reported early/mail results. Settlemeyer doing better than Flippo outside of Washoe (+8%).
Currently, Washoe accounts for 51% of votes counted. Election day looms large and a few small rural counties have not reported anything yet.
