We accept someone telling us they're gay, even if they've not had sex yet. We shouldn't judge the validity of someone's bisexuality based on their sexual encounters either.
So, we now have the weird situation where it's apparently beyond the pale for an organisation like @reconnews.bsky.social to show too much consensual kink to people who want to see it, and people like them and us have to do complex risk assessments.
But if you want to pump out race hate, that's ok
Basically, bigots can't see two gay men doing anything - holding hands, kissing, or just walking down the street - without immediately thinking of powerful, passionate bum sex that simultaneously arouses and disgusts them.
To merely acknowledge your gayness is to be sexual, to a bigot.
I will hold off commenting on functionality until I have used it more.
