I can’t seem to get over my annoyance around the discourse for Mixtape. It’s biggest problem really is that it got a 10/10 review, it has just as much game play as untitled goose game, or powerwash simulator. People didn’t put half as much effort into crapping their pants in anger over those.
Makes me think of some of the toads from Bucky O’Hare.
I’d argue that red dead didn’t need it either.
It’s easy to make as it doesn’t require anything from the person who uploaded the video to do anything other than watch a thing, so loads of people do it.
In fact - I’d say if you’re not in your late 30’s or early 40’s then your chances of liking this game are probably severely reduced as the nostalgia is picking up half of the couch here, but I still think it’s a good game in spite of that.
