Do you have some rolling stock that uses plastic wheels? If so, you should consider switching them to metal. Plastic wheels significantly increase the dirt on the track.

I’m fairly sure there was a concept minivan with front sliding door that opened forward and rear sliding doors that opened towards the rear. And of course, no B pillar.
