A book I wrote after the beginning of the Ukraine war, and that's unfortunately been vindicated by further events.
Global security lies in decarbonization: in times of war, green energy means peace.
My article, State Climate Superfunds, has been years in the making, and I'm so thrilled it is now published with Columbia Law Review:

So you have the Court letting the 8th circuit's outrageous BDS boycott decision stand; something it would never do for the mirror-image decision disadvantaging a right-coded plaintiff, as it goes at a dead sprint in cases like Chiles, Masterpiece, 303 Creative
this is the point I've been trying to make about the combination of first amendment formalism and docket control.

1. They picked teams schoolyard style;
2 the teams then shot blow darts at a target to pick bonus ingredients;
3. The teams are then doing a "blind relay" with each member getting 15 minutes before handing off whatever they're doing to the next chef with no communication.
In addition to blow darts, there was also a board that had a lot of extremely good ingredients that they could throw an axe at, but the axes were obviously dull, they were a standing too close, and the board not penetrable enough. A+ TV segment watching them all run up against that wall.
I'm watching something called "Chopped Castaways" and this is like a TV producer's fever dream
