wasca, my joint project with cafe-alpha nearly got abandoned thanks to my laziness and general chaos. But somehow it’s alive again on a new hardware. The module idea failed financially, so now i'm redesigning the board without it. Design files and sources are on GitHub (github.com/hitomi2500/w...).
Now that the prototype is up and running, i decided to get rid of the module and make a small batch of boards. So if you fancy the idea of paying around €65 (subject to change) + shipping from Moldova for a Saturn multicart, get in touch with me (here or @hitomi2500 in SegaXtreme/SHIRO discord).
For wasca fallback rom (the one that displays error message if boot fails) i wanted the smallest Sega Saturn bootable image possible. After messing with yaul a bit, i got a cartridge rom with 4244 bytes size (only 136 bytes of real code&data, everything else is mandatory junk). What's your record?
