Looks like a 5-0 win for the Home Secretary on Palestine Action proscription in the Court of Appeals. PA are therefore still banned and arrests are commencing of placard holding supporters outside the Royal Courts of Justice. There will be an appeal to the Supreme Court but don't hold your breath.

The deeply repressive nature of this sentence only looks worse coming in the same week as extreme, targeted and methodical political violence was meted out to minorities across the country by far-right thugs who won't be jailed as terrorists and labelled for life.
Two-tier justice indeed.
