Looks like a 5-0 win for the Home Secretary on Palestine Action proscription in the Court of Appeals. PA are therefore still banned and arrests are commencing of placard holding supporters outside the Royal Courts of Justice. There will be an appeal to the Supreme Court but don't hold your breath.
